  • This store is amazing and has everything one needs for the complete outdoor experience. They have great customer service and are not high pressure. Bruce, Jo and Vlad really know their products and took the extra time with us to ensure that we were satisfied and comfortable with our purchase decisions. We bought a Lynx Grill and a Kamado Rocket. After receiving my Kamado, I had many questions on how to use it as I've never used a smoker. Bruce arranged a time for me to come in and showed me "hands-on" how to use the Kamado--from set up to lighting and even some recipes suggestions. The first thing we made were ribs---so delicious and better than any I've made before! It's not only beautiful, it does an amazing job. Galaxy took extra care when delivering my equipment. They had to come through my home as the outdoor access to my backyard wasn't suited to moving in heavy appliances. They made sure my floors were protected before coming through and were extremely careful. We will continue to use Galaxy for all our outdoor barbecue needs. We highly recommend them.
