  • The sales, tech and management team at this location are literally working overtime to provide great customer solutions and service. I came in with a large work order: back up camera, viper two-way security, nav-gps system, new stereo/sound system, with usb, Bluetooth, satellite radio and remote engine start. We discovered the satellite radio module was not compatible with the module I installed. They swiftly refunded that portion but did run the signal through the new unit instead of my having to run the external XM radio from the FM band. The 2-way security had to be activated by the store tech but the provider's website continually crashed during activation attempts for a solid week. The sale tech Austin kept at it every day until he finally was able to activate it. He kept me updated and remained kind throughout this challenge. This is a great team of guys. They walked me through the setup of my systems ensuring I was able to operate each feature correctly. I'm extremely pleased.
