  • I don't understand how this place is still highly rated. I went there a year ago to get my pants hemmed because of the reviews, and I was greatly disappointed in terms of the price, service and quality. First of all, the owner had a very unfriendly attitude, as he doesn't really care about his customers. And price is just higher than the normal tailor places downtown. Then the quality of the hemming was terrible. The hem came off after 2 months! I went somewhere else after and it was perfectly fine ever since for half of the price!!! For the other dress pants, I asked to stretch the waistline. This was done fine but they took out a strip inside the pants because it was easier to put it back together for them. I went back to the owner, he said: "If it breaks, just bring it back to me and I will fix it." Come on.... if it breaks, how embarrassing will it be?? I am not going to discredit how good it used to be and that's probably the reason why this place got all the reviews. But the place is just below average now...And I will never return.
