  • My truck was burglarized and my insurance company (USAA - the best insurance company in the world!) prefers to use Gerber Collision and Glass. From the very beginning, They were so helpful in getting the truck into the shop when it was convenient for me. Then My initial contact, Aremy, walked me around the truck, going over all of the issues of damage - both interior and exterior. Aremy is very professional and knowledgeable, regarding both insurance as well as auto body issues. He & Kathy were a great team and so easy to deal with - they both made even the communication part much easier, which is a challenge for me at times. When you love cars as much as I do, auto body work can be a huge source of stress & anxiety, because perfection is almost never attainable. However, I don't think I could have imagined that the truck could have come out so well, both internally & externally! I am an artist and therefor more of a perfectionist than most when it comes to paint, especially, and I couldn't find even the slightest flaw anywhere! They even went to the trouble to buff out a little yellow scratch on the back free of charge when they did the external car was that is complimentary with service. I don't think the truck has looked so nice since I bought it last year! I hope to not be visiting again any time soon, but Gerber Collision & Glass makes me rest a little easier knowing if anything happens to "My Babies" (My trucks!;) they will be here to turn back time with their flawless body work! The office and shop are both immaculate, and I feel like my truck was in the very best hands. Now I am Looking forward to using my coupon for $20 off their mobile auto glass service to fix a chip in my windshield! Thanks Kathy & Aremy & to all the guys in the shop for making such a stressful experience very pleasant! Highly recommended! A+++++
