  • My wife had work done on her teeth. The staff, being Michael at the front desk and a few others told me they sent in a predetermination to my insurance who stated they would pay for 80% of the service and I would pay for the other 20%. I immediately paid the 20%, about $250. About a month after the work was done I get a letter in the mail saying I owe another $600-800.. I call my insurance who tells me they have no predetermination on file. When I confronted Michael about this, he claimed he would talk to Tammy who claim she would talk to the doctor. I just got the call stating the doctor refused to forgive the work and was requiring me to pay the entire amount of the work. I've recently gone to other dentists, they tell me my teeth and gums are great. When I go to Cherrington, I'm being repeatedly told I need to get a deep cleaning done. That should tell you everything you need to know about this office.
