The manager of this store was rude when I asked where an item was because I was not able to find in the household section ...and if she knew if they had it.
She gave me that "ghetto" attitude. Now mind you I used to work in retail so I am always considerate to other retail associates. Just because a store is located in a bad neighborhood... does not mean they have to play "ghetto" with their customers.
If you see a dark haired heavy set young acting "manager"... get out of the store ASAP!
I have been in stores in NYC that had a more customer service attitude that her.
Perhaps she never heard of KARMA!
With stores going by the wayside due to online shopping.. attitudes like this is why.
