  • In reading the reviews, it appears we got Bobby on a very bad day. My mother-in-law lives in one of our places in Mesa and when the water heater went out, I called our warranty company, American Home Shield and they sent out AM PM Plumbing. They responded very quickly, thus the two stars, but once Bobby got there the experience went to hell! Bobby was dealing with an 83 year old woman, who is sharp but does not understand plumbing and Bobby was very short with her and would not answer her questions, so she called me and had me talk to Bobby. Well, had I run over his cat, kicked his dog, stolen his crib or spit on him mother from the way he spoke to me on the phone. I was livid and called AHS to have a different company come out to do the repair.....that is a whole other review. I am now stuck with these clowns and am working on an alternative even if it means more out of pocket. I never thought I would say something like that, but their lack of communications and rudeness is just too much. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THESE CLOWNS.
