I'm the highest level Marriott having stayed at properties all over the world. Checked into this property and went to the concierge for dinner. Severely disappointed as all there was is cheese and crackers. Asked if this is normal and the attendant said, "yes". Thanks asked if there are eggs at breakfast and the attendant said, "no". I'd love to know whose decision it is at this hotel to offer the lowest level concierge offerings I've seen at any property. Hopefully with Marriott taking over, they will fix the substandard Ops at SPG properties.
