After numerous phone calls and emails, you have chosen to ignore our repeated attempts to locate the wedding photos provided with our wedding package. I have attempted to communicate directly with both your office and your photographer, High Profile, without success. As these photos are intimately priceless, we are extremely disappointed with your level of service and communication. Unfortunately, I have contacted my bank and will be disputing the entire charge of this wedding service. The contract clearly states that we would receive a minimum of one wedding photo with this package, which has not happened, nor will anyone associated with your company assist to locate said photo(s). It is with extreme dissatisfaction and disappointment that we convey our position.
