  • So I just left the leasing office informing management that I would not be renewing my lease. They are denying me my security deposit because I did not give a "30 day notice", and I am refusing to pay a late fee equal to one month's rent. This is complete bull. It does not mention this policy on my lease - I just read it. I informed management MONTHS ago that I was not intending on returning. I paid my rent on time every month. This is not how you treat people. Oh yeah, and I've looked past the rudeness of the management and the uncleanliness of the complex for too long. This place is filthy. You do not want to move here. 1 star.
