  • Hi guys, Unfortunately zero star review is not available on Yelp but it would be a pleasure to leave one for Richmond Hill honda service department. I had an appointment this morning to do a recall and I wanted to give them my vehicle to replace spark plugs even though I can do it myself but i was being lazy. When I asked service advisor of how much would that be and when he answered 425$ plus tax my head started spinning...I asked him why is it being so expensive and Ive been told that exhaust manifold needs to be taken off and its a lot of job...WHAT??? I can assure service manager of that dealership that it can be done without these steps. That whole story made my wondering how many people got screwed over because of lack of mechanical knowledge. Id definitely not recommend this dealer as of service higher than oil change.
