  • kevin was great. his team was pretty great. i was with them for alittle over a year. i really liked the first guy i had and then the last guy i had who came at liek 5am was the hardest fastest worker i had ever seen. i took all of kevins recommendations to update ,my pool equiptment as it was extremely old and built for a home with not much foillage. after years of growth they would just dump into my pool making it a nightmare for myself having to skim everyday and the filters needed to be changed more than normal because of all the small leaves that filter through the skimmer basket into the filters. well i guess the foilage was too much or he just didnt like our house because he wrote to tell me that Pool Star was no longer servicing in my area anymore, but they absolutely service all around the greater las vegas area, including my home. so i think my trees, and maybe my questions about how to maintain the pool myself and what to do to contribute during the week were just too much for him. I would have appreciated a more truthful response to letting the house go but hey it is what it is. best of luck to them.
