Nice people but cost me an unnecessary $80. The front office staff did not relay information to the vet that my dog had a history of getting things stuck up his nose. I made an appointment for a Saturday and was told by the vet that there was no staff to sedate my dog and remove whatever was stuck in his nose. I was given antibiotics and an anti-inflammatory. Over a week later his symptoms persisted. I called back to see if I could have the exam fee waved and have my dog sedated and the object removed. They called back and said, "We don't have the camera scope to look up your dogs nose." Finally the truth, but it's my fault somehow. Scam artists!
