  • I live around the corner from this Walgreens and all I have been getting is rotten service from this place. My other Walgreens I love love, I am not feeling any type of love at all. Their management is very rude an no Customer Service training at all. They had a mop that was dirty on the bottom pad and I bought another pad to change the dirty pad. I ask for a discount and was told no she can send it back to the company and get a full refund. I said then take the old pad and send it back to get comped. Again I was told no an I paid full price for the mop and extra pad. The manager walked away mumbling and refuse to help. Roxanne the cashier was very nice and apologized for her manager's behavior... 12/19/2017- Then tonight I stood dental section 20 minutes pushing a button for service another manager finally came after 20 minutes later after I had yelled up front for service. No sorry, you had to wait long nothing.. If I was a secret shopper these manager's would need to be written up and take a 40hr Customer Service course.
