Complete joke. Four major things wrong with my facial and 1 major thing wrong with their management:
1. Facial was given by a cosmetologist, not an Esthetician.
2. She had really long nails that scratched my face repeatedly
3. No skin analysis with a magnifying lamp--all she did was turn on the overhead light in the room and looked at my skin that way.
4. She never even asked me about my skin or why I came in for a facial
This was an incredibly irresponsible service. And for $85...that is highway robbery. Yes, the place is nicely decorated, but Spa West gets my vote for, "Too much icing not enough cake." Looks aren't always everything. This place does A LOT of gift card business...translation: they don't have any repeat business. Just because they advertise doesn't mean they offer quality services. I left the Spa Coordinator a voicemail expressing my dissatisfaction over the facial (that is their policy--contact them within 7 days if you aren't happy with a service). Well, I never got a call back. This place doesn't give refunds so not only was I out $85, they never even cared to call me back. How's that for customer service? I'll stick to getting my facials at Zen and Bella Capelli.
