  • Ok so after hearing about this place all over instagram I was in the area and decided to see if this was better than the original UT cheesecake. Honestly when they gave me a sample to try, I already noticed that it was quite soft and very moist/wet. The texture resembled sponge cake, but wet. When taking the box out of the bag, my box was very moist at the bottom. Another note is that it is not as smooth as UT, there were chunks of curdled cheese or egg (idk). I do agree that this has a much stronger cheese flavour, but the texture just ruined it for me. Would not recommend, but maybe I got a bad batch, so if you're in the area maybe give it a try. If you aren't a fan of the original UT cheesecake, because it isn't light enough I would highly recommend their newer angle hat cheesecake.
