  • It has been some time since I've visited a MVD office. Sharon that helped me at the front was incredibly nice, was pleasant and helpful which is not what you typically experience when dealing with folks at the MVD. Next I was sent to window D-1 where another Sharon was pleasant and helpful again with renewing my Driver License. I never feel rushed and that's one thing I really appreciate. Total time spent in office was about 30 min. The office was surprisingly clean and offered Good customer service. I also noticed other employees didn't have attitudes. Overall very good visit
