  • I truly like Dr. Thaly ... he has been my Urologist for many years. He has always been very informative and answers all my questions. However ... the customer service is the worst. No one answers phones during the day. I have been on-hold for 20 minutes or more and ended up leaving a message ... call back was 7:00 pm ... ridiculous. On other attempt, my call has been cut-off after being on-hold for 5 minutes or so.
