if you're looking for a vet that will thoroughly explain your pets situation to you, then you'd better speak Korean. Recently there was a new vet at Ashcott who speaks Chinese but even then chances of you relying on the receptionist to speak on behalf of the vet are high. I gave it 4 stars because the receptionist is helpful and I have gotten my dog neutered here along with check ups for over 2 years.
+ the prices are cheaper than other vet places
+ sometimes they have seasonal specials
+ they mail postcard reminders to get your vet shots and etc
- vet does not speak much
My dog is healthy and he has had a quick recovery from his surgery. Even though the vet does not talk much I have not experienced any spontaneous problems with my dog.
