  • Pretty decent operation! I have rented here quite a few times and have had very few issues. I was once charged for a higher class car but that was resolved after a few minutes at the counter after returning the car. This location has also been kind enough to waive the extra hour charge if I exceed the 29 minute grace period by a few minutes. Overall, much better than my most recent experiences with Hertz.
