  • I had a representative come by my house a few months ago asking if I'd like a quote on replacing my windows. I agreed and booked the appointment. I got a call later that they were unable to keep the appointment. Fine. I really didn't want to put any more money into my house since I'm so upside down anyway. They called me one more time asking if I wanted to reschedule to have someone come out. I declined. At this point, I thought I wouldn't have to hear from them again. Wrong. In the past two weeks, their calls have been daily. I screen most of my calls, so I recognized the number. Well, tonight, I just happened to pick up. As soon as they said who they were, I asked them to remove me from their call list since I was not interested in their product. The lady (Stacy) on the phone kept asking me if I had my windows replaced. This is irrelevant to the conversation since the bottom line was that I no longer wanted to get calls from them. The straw that broke the camel's back and made me write this review was this: I told her, "Look, in the last two weeks, you've called me more than 10 times. I want to be removed from your list." She had the audacity to say, "No, m'aam, according to my records, we've only called you three times, and twice on one day." "Well, Stacy, I have a Google Voice number so it logs all my calls." You've called me on the following days: 6/29 (5:29PM), 7/1 (1:18PM), 7/7(1:43PM), 7/7(4:50PM), 7/7/11(4:54PM), 7/8(5:56PM), 7/9(9:50AM), 7/11(4:42PM), 7/12(4:22PM), 7/12(7:47PM), 7/18(6:25PM) Sorry, I was wrong. You only called me 9 times! My bad. I still think that's unacceptable. And, if I tell you to remove me from your call list, just do it. I'm the type of person who does business with a company who relies on the quality of their product to sell not hard sell tactics. Renewal Anderson will NEVER have my business.
