  • I am a partner in a property company with many condos in Las Vegas and we must have a great agent! We just changed to Bill who was highly recommended. The first thing I noticed was that Bill Jorgensen had a lot of local knowledge and knew where "all the potholes were" in buying a condo in addition to knowing the right contacts for any question or problems we had. He possesses the technical knowledge as well to get a deal done as fast as possible using technology with all the related parties like title companies, legal advice and contractors if needed. Bill was aggressive yet polite when getting the deal closed for the right cost and on time. His confident and hardworking attitude to get passed any problems that come along assures we will ONLY use Bill for our real estate needs! On top of it all - he's a nice guy!
