  • Tip: Be sure to check rates through Costco. At that time, it was our cheapest option. We arrived to LAS around midnight. And to our surprise, there was a very long line at Budget. There was only one other business open and with a much shorter line. My guess was that Budget had the better deals. We waited almost an hour until we were helped. The woman who helped us was nice and quick. However, we weren't given the car that we requested for online. We originally wanted a full size car. Fortunately, the car that was available, a SUV, had a little more space and was also gas efficient, which was exactly what we wanted. The car wasn't the cleanest, nor the best smelling either, but with all the driving we did on this trip, I'm glad we ended up with a Ford Escape.
