One of the reasons we stay at Red Rock is because our kids enjoy going to Kids Quest. So why only 3 stars? It's an average over their recent visits. Some days, they love it and have the best time. Other days, like today, they say they don't want to go in again. It depends on the staff that's supervising that particular shift and the other kids who are there. Today at drop off, we told the staff at check in that the kids must order lunch and eat there. When we picked up the kids, we couldn't understand their bad moods. Turns out they were not offered any food to order or water to drink after being there over lunchtime. Also, they said it was really crowded. Many kids had gotten hurt from lack of competent supervision. So, it's really hit or miss. I hear this is one of the better Kids Quest locations. We've never been to any other one so I can't compare.
But if you need care for your kids for an hour or two, give it a try. Shorter periods of time are better. And feed your kids before dropping off, even though they say they will offer them food and snacks to order, its not guaranteed they'll do anything beyond taking your money. Oh- and don't forget your wallet. You cannot charge the fee to your room because they are not affiliated with the Red Rock Hotel.
