  • I can't give them a great review because I can't even get a staff member to contact me regarding joining. After I had my first child I contacted member services repeatedly looking for info on joining. No one ever got back to me . I called 3 other times and simply said ' I would like to join' and if I could have someone return my call... never heard back. I gave up after I realized I was pregnant again. I contacted them again last week and again never heard back.... I know they got my info as I got an email back saying they would contact me within 48 hours. I made my friend (who's name is clearly Jewish) contact them, she was contacted the same day... interesting as we are jewish as well though my first name doesn't sound it... its the only thing I can come up with because I've literally sent them 6 emails and phoned 3 times all expressing interest in joining ... and not one call back! Terrible... I can only imagine the 'service' actual members receive if they can't even bother to take my money.
