  • We used to like Bases Loaded. Not anymore. They moved but haven't bothered to update their website with the new address. The new location is huge, but it is complete chaos and a mess inside. Even though we had reservations, they weren't ready for us nor did they have a pitching machine ready as promised for our reservation. We lost about 10 minutes of our cage time trying to get it resolved with a staff member who insisted we were wrong, that we hadn't asked for a softball pitching machine. Ambivalent staff, trash/food wrappers/cups all over the floors, some dry slippery substance all over the floor too, which resulted in one of our party taking a nasty spill. Just a mess, loud and not good customer service. I won't be back nor will any of the softball teams we're involved with. Sad, because they used to be really great when they were smaller and more customer focused.
