Was not impressed with the service, I felt like the representative really just wanted to get me out of there so she could deal with customers who were spending money as opposed to those who already had. I came in with an issue regarding my Bill, which seems to change month by month even though I have an unlimited plan that has a set rate which should not change. The young lady informed me that she had no control over the fact that my rate changed over time, which I understand. However the fact she was not able to either explain to me why it changes every month nor help me get to the bottom of it with T-Mobile direct really upset me. After 30-45 minutes of waiting just to speak to someone I was completely blown away at the fact that no one was willing to help me figure out why I was having this issue. I've had T-Mobile for years and never had an issue until recently and because this location is located near my work I figured I would stop in so I could handle it face-to-face as opposed to over The phone. Unfortunately that was the wrong decision as they could of not cared less if I was satisfied or not because I wasn't spending money with her that day. Anyhow the only reason I give them two stars is because of the fact that their store was nice, in order and clean. As a business owner I can appreciate that, however their customer service is lacking
