Rude workman, no heads up, just laddered up in front of my doorway, traipsing around on the roof with no notice.
I am sure he is doing contract work for the HOA, but how about some common courtesy to at least notify the residence that you are about to ladder up by their doorway and pound away on their immediate roof while throwing used sealant cans to the ground below.
I would never hire a company or have an employee that can't manage 10 seconds of good will. How is not common practice to give the homeowner a heads up so they might be able to plan their day differently.
