  • I wish I could give this company ZERO stars! I am absolutely FED UP with them! The picture quality on my new plasma HDTV is terrible, compared to other plasma owners I know. There is often considerable lag time when changing channels too. And of course all the internet and cable TV outages i've experienced over the years. Horrendous! Lastly, they are WAY WAY overpriced! I'm just about ready to dump them and find another internet and cable TV carrier.
