  • Giving them 5 stars based mostly on the customer service. We ran into problem after problem as we made our way from California and ended up not getting to check in to the hotel until almost 7am!! Without sleep for over 24 hours we were exhausted. We had the room with the king bed and jacuzzi tub. What an amazing thing to be able to get in the jet tub and soak. They also gave us a real late checkout so we could at least get a few hours of sleep before hitting the road again. We also ran into a snapoo with our truck and tow dolly trying to get out of the parking lot and Rosalie was so helpful. We couldn't have made it out without her. Thanks for being so awesome and helping make our difficult trip a lil more enjoyable.
