rev:text	The worst and getting worse! Two rescheduled appointments with one not even being communicated; running late for scheduled appointment due to internal meeting. When I asked why no one warned me ahead of time so I can plan my day, the response was they do not know they are overbooked until the day of. If I have a choice, I will never deal with these guys. Unprofessional, unable to manage their business and showing no signs of improvement.
