  • I had 2 1/2 hrs worth of credits to my membership which I decided to use for an adult mother daughter day. Called on Monday asking for availability anytime during the week for two 90 minute massages at the same time. They offered Weds @ 1:30pm & I was excited looking forward to a relaxing afternoon. Tuesday afternoon came and we both received calls from the facility to confirm our appointments. It's important to note after scheduling these appts I made arrangements to take our three dogs to the groomers & doggy day care from 11a-6pm so we could be free to see a movie, do a late lunch or whatever we wanted. Now it's 30 mins before closing and they call to tell me they need to reschedule us for another day because one of the therapists is unable to come in. Obviously it's too late to cancel all my other plans! There was no remorse or attempt by them to check availability at other locations and I received dead air silence when I asked if they bothered to check other locations for availability since they canceled my plans. When I asked again I was told I'd have to do that! I promptly hung up in disgust, called the next closest Massage Envy & was lucky enough they had an appt one hour earlier to accommodate us both. When I called the Boca Park location to transfer my time to my daughter for her Flamingo appt, they had an attitude & were somewhat indignant. After almost ruining my plans and obviously not caring about my time or schedule or trying to resolve the issues I know I will NEVER visit the Boca Park location again!
