  • Zero stars if I could rate it that. WORST experience I've ever dealt with. Long story short I was trading in my civic 12 for a Bmw 09. The locks in the car didn't work and I had to go back on my day off so they can fix it took 8 hours to do because they didn't even have another vehicle for me to use. And when they finally fixed it I drove it for a day and the engine light turned on I purchase the extra warranty so things like this could be covered and they told me that it wouldn't take affect until 30 days and I asked if and when my 30 days came would I get the year I paid for and they said no I'd get 11 months left. So what's the use of paying for a year and only getting 11. Had to fight with the manager to get my old car back and asked my bank to refund them the money. They sold me a lemon car and the manager insisted it wasn't and when I brought up about getting a lawyer he finally gave me my old car back. And the next day they had the guts to call me and tell me that they figured out what's wrong and if I wanted the car I could get it back. Um no. The dealership should have done a of that without me having to get my old car back. Addition to that, they didn't even give me my old registration back so now I have to go to the MVD to go buy another, no organization what so ever and they're all on different pages. I've dealt with A LOT of dealerships and this dealership by far was the worst one. And that's an understatement. Do NOT purchase from here. Take your time and money elsewhere!
