| - We've done a club tour with them once and it was quite fun.. not necessarily worth $50 because we still had to wait in line, still had to pay for drinks in the club, they ran out of liquor on one of the party buses, and we never got to stop at the "Welcome to Las Vegas" sign to take a picture.. but we still managed to have fun nonetheless. This last incident, however, has made me never want to use Supreme Club Tours again...
I bought club tour tickets for a birthday celebration in Vegas on Groupon. The day before our tour reservation, we received a text with where to be and what time. We confirmed again with the host the day of and got a text with a screenshot of the night's schedule. We show up to the first venue and no one is anywhere to be found. We ask the club security and they tell us that no one from the club tour company is there and that they're not scheduled to be coming until later that night. We call and text the host (David) and then Karl (owner, I'm guessing) and no one answers. Finally we get a text from Karl saying that the tour was cancelled (because there weren't enough people) and David told him that he had let us know.... but we had not received any correspondence about the tour being cancelled at all.
The single most unprofessional thing to ever do to a customer is to accept their money, not deliver in what they paid for, and then not even offer any type of resolution or compensation. On top of that, now we have to battle with Groupon to get a refund because this dude redeemed our voucher numbers from the reservation even though we didn't even get our tour. The birthday celebration would've been ruined, but the club we showed up to still let us in after we explained what happened and we ended up getting on the guest list for another club so we were able to still move around and have a good time. Horrible experience and horrible customer service. Save your money and go through another company or just plan to club hop on your own.
