  • I. hate. the. gym. Like SERIOUSLY hate it. So, I don't go... ever. You can see how this, combined with my extreme love of going out to eat, can be a big (literally) problem. My husband worked out with Scott for a couple of years, and had nothing but rave reviews... so, I figured I would try it out. I love it. Well, I might have hated it for the first few minutes on the treadmill... because my out-of-shape self took a little bit of time to figure out that working out was actually good for me. Scott's training was awesome. He understood that I wasn't a gym-rat, and made my training challenging but still within my ability level. I liked working out in a small group. There was a lot of camaraderie and I never felt self-conscious. I'm a little bit sad that we have recently moved out-of-state, and I can't continue to work out with Scott... I can't find anyone out here who measures up to his high standard of training!
