| - Sorry, guys, at the end of the day I'd say it was more like "pretty good fun" but not Big Fun. It is a great place to go from a looking at old toys standpoint, and it certainly conjures up many great childhood memories, but there is a lot of stuff (and that may be an understatement) and the customer service is non-existent. It is jam-packed with stuff, to the point where it is almost overwhelming and too some almost claustrophobia-inducing. The other interesting aspect of the visit was the staff's indifference to customers. One of those "it'd be a great place to work if not for these darn customers" feel. More than a couple of times we were caught in the middle (literally) of conversations between employees like we weren't there. It was really odd. The person behind the counter clearly did not want to be bothered, as he walked away when we walked up - it was rude to the point of comical (which indicates how not seriously I took the entire experience - which was highlighted by me simply putting the item back, continuing my tour, and eventually leaving without making a purchase). Will I go back? No, there are other stores that offer the same thing with staff I'd guess who are more receptive to customers (if you check other reviews of Big Fun, you'll see others with similar staff experiences). If you just want to browse and not buy, go for it. A LOT of old toys to look at, for sure.
