Customer Service is huge for me. I would rather pay more money and have a better experience in a store than get a good deal with crappy service elsewhere.
That being said, I had a horrible experience (tear inducing, in fact) at a department store's jewelery counter and came to Jared for some help. They immediately took care of my problem free of charge. There is more background to this story but for the sake of a review, keeping this short. The employees at Jared - about 4 of them that I was fortunate to work with over the course of my issue - were all professional, courteous and friendly. And they took care of me!
