  • I drink a lot of coffee and see many places due to my travel and excitement for new places. Have had this cute coffee shop on my list for quite some time. Finally, on my day off, I went for a coffee. The place looks beautiful and is comfortable. There is plenty of seating and paid street parking in front of the shop. Their prices are decent. For a medium-sized coffee you pay $2.35 (incl. taxes). So, not bad at all. They even have honey, I put only honey in my coffee or if not, drink it without any sweetening. Now to the reason I am giving only two stars (which happens rarely). The barista was so unfriendly and rude. I felt like she didn't want me to even order nor be there. I know everyone has a bad day, but this was so rude and clearly she shouldn't be in customer service if even pouring one single cup of Joe is too much for her. She was short, had a face expression like she was annoyed with me, presented the invoice for me to sign and left the desk before I even got to sign it. When I still waved over to her to wish her a good day, she didn't even acknowledge. Bad customer service just makes a big difference if I will return or frequent at business again. And I am sure I am not the only one.
