  • I have had the worst experience here!!! It took 18 days for my engagement ring to be sized only to get it back and it be WAY TOO BIG. When I came in to get it sized they didn't correctly size me or even give me the time of day to talk to me on the process and exactly when I would get it back they just said "it will be ready in two weeks. I called a couple times to check on the ring and was hung up on and always treated poorly. They are not helpful here, rude, and inconsiderate. I will NEVER go here again and will warn friends and family about our terrible experience.
