rev:text	I've been filling a VERY expensive prescription here for months and paying out of pocket (told it wasn't covered). After four months I was finally told that my prescription could be covered by my insurance if I simply called it in and had it mailed to my house. I've spent hundreds of dollars. I'm so disappointed that this pharmacy didn't have the compassion to try my insurance first before asking me to spend so much money out of pocket. I will not be using this pharmacy in the future or recommending it to friends and family. Update: Jason, the pharmacist at this location, reached out and personally explained the misunderstanding and back story to my confusion. He made a point to answer my questions and ensure I was satisfied and confident in the situation. I respect that he took the time to speak with me directly and alleviate my concerns. Thank you!
