  • I found this practice on Yelp because of the rating & Yelp special. I decided to take advantage of the special because I don't have any vision insurance. Setting up my appointment was simple. The male optometrist was super nice & friendly. He was straight to the point as well. If only, the rest of the staff were the same. The only reason why I wouldn't give it 5 stars is because it seemed like everyone hated their job there. Both times I came in, no one greeted me upon entering, no on was smiling & everyone was so monotone in their words. It was as if this was just another chain-company that looks nice on the outside but secretly doesn't take care of their employees behind the scenes (haha). Whatever have you, it shows & it makes the experience very dull. It's already a chore to get your eye prescription renewed, at least try to make it a good one if you want to retain me as a patient. Other than that, this place gets the job done for any cash patient. Much more quicker than Lenscrafters!
