  • Stopped in for an estimate to have some repairs done on my vehicle receptionist asked if I had Insurance the no I was taking care of this with cash and proceeded to take for phone calls that apparently or more important than a customer actually standing there with money to repair a vehicle no idea how good the body shop actually is because after the 4th phone call I decided that the customer service it at the front was so terrible I didn't want to risk committing my vehicle to have it worked on take a look somewhere else go to a local mom-and-pop shop somewhere where you're going to get a little bit more Hands-On care and not these big chain repair shops
