  • I guess I should have read all of the reviews BEFORE I paid $25 to get the outside of my car scratched and the inside left wet. I used Octopus regularly and was always happy. Until today, I had only used the outside wash service of Mister CR, which is similar to a gas-station drive thru car wash and an ok (if overpriced) substitute during the winter. But today I made the mistake of paying for the inside of my car to be cleaned as well. Unfortunately, they left water all over my leather seats, ripped up the passenger and driver mats to "vacuum" and left them disconnected, left dirty finger prints all over my windows and SCRATCHED THE OUTSIDE OF MY CAR. Avoid at all costs.
