  • Worst customer service I've experienced at an auto shop. I called to make an appointment for an oik change and they said they don't take them for the day I wanted but I could bring it in an wait for it, no problem. When I took my car in I was initially told they don't do oik changes on Fridays. I told him that's not what I was told the day before, then he changed his mind and said I could drop it off and pick it up later. As a single mom with only one car that's not an option for me. I asked how long it would take, and was quoted 6 hours!!!! I've never in my life heard of an oil change taking that long. I was looking for a place to continue taking my car to for repairs beyond an oil change when needed, and it will definitely not be here! I read bad reviews about this place but thought I'd still try to give the local place a try, definitely not worth it!
