  • This morning I visited this location with my sister and 19 month old niece for her first time having labs drawn. We also had my infant nephew with us in his car seat. Naturally my sister was nervous for this experience and when it was our turn to go into the room to have her labs drawn the woman at the front desk, Jody, very rudely stated to us that one of us was going to have to stay out of the room because two adults, a baby, and the phlebotomist were not going to all fit and basically gave us an ultimatum to decide who was going to go in to support her and who would have to stay out of the room. Mina, the phlebotomist, that was drawing my nieces labs must have seen the worry in my sister's eyes and immediately invited all of us into the room together despite the rude request from the front desk for one of us to stay out. Mina was AMAZING from the beginning to the end. She let one of us hold my 19 month old niece, had amazing bedside manner, got the poke on the first try, was personable and sweet! She made this experience as quick and as easy as possible for everyone involved which is why this Sonora Quest Laboratories gets a 5 Star review! If it weren't for Mina, this would be a one star review because of Jody's demeanor and lack of empathy. Thank you so much, Mina for being so wonderful!
