  • Customer service is TERRIBLE. People at the front gave me attitude and made me feel like I don't have a right to appointments even when my dog is on a wellness plan. I even asked for one and they didn't give it to me lol. I told them my dog had a vomiting episode the night before and the front office lady proceeded to go to the back to talk about it with the doctor. I told her I took my dog to the PET ER the night before and since we couldn't afford the medicine at the time we had to stop treatment and only bought enough medicine to stop nausea & gave her fluids. That's why I went to our local banfeild because we have a wellness plan there and hopefully we could get her medicine she needs. The doctor at the PET ER even told me he sent the medication recommendations to banfeild. Then she comes out and tells me that the doctor "would usually" ask for bloodwork and an X-ray. I told her "Okay is that in my dog's wellness plan?" she then proceeds to look at the computer screen and says "no you already used your blood work" So i have to pay for it even when nobody informed me that it was used. I asked her "when?" "During her vaccinations in november" Anyway there's a bunch of questions left unanswered here: Where's my appointment so I can talk to the doctor? Why are YOU the one giving recommendations? I'm a medical student and in no way do you need blood work for stupid vaccinations. If I'm wrong someone explain it to me. and How is it possible that the doctor at the ER could prescribe medication for my dog even without administering blood work? It was just so frustrating how they basically told me I couldn't do anything for my dog. I EVEN ASKED HER "is there alternative over the counter medication that I can give my dog to relieve her pain?" she shook her head "we don't recommend that" ???? Wtf? What else am I supposed to do? Lol guess what she does. She hands me a credit card brochure. A CREDIT CARD BROCHURE. How outrageous. What's the point of me paying 26$ a month for the wellness plan?! TO GIVE ME A BROCHURE?! WTF. Okay I can't afford her bloodwork, you won't give her her rightful appointment that I pay for monthly, you won't give her the medication she needs, and you don't recommend any over the counter medications. ???? Yeah so they refused my dog. And at one point the lady at the front even cussed in front of me. That's not how you treat your customers especially when they're trusting you to help their dog. If you're gunna act that way you really gotta quit your job lady.
