UPDATE: so it has been 5 weeks since our mattresses were delivered. the delivery men were polite but messy. They left zip ties under out mattresses and plastic bags as well as on my floor which I handed them before they left. at $329 it should of been perfect. It wasn't. Also they were leaving with the legs to my bed and I stopped them. Come to realize they never left me the headboard attachments needed to attach my new frames to my headboard. So I called my salesman Dave Hewitt in the Robinson store to let him know the next day June 30th. He assured me our headboard attachments will be delivered to us. To date august 4th nothing has arrived. I called Bob's corporate office to inform them that we will be returning our bedding and scheduled a delivery date. I was informed that they will only be picking up the mattresses and not the adjustable frames. It's their policy. You can return a mattress but not the frame. REALLY. YOU HAVE GOT TO BE KIDDING ME. Unfortunately, they are not kidding. So you mean to tell me a mattress that I've slept on for five weeks can be returned but not the frames. So my hands are tied I have to keep these two adjustable frames and I still don't have my headboard attachments and now I will have no mattresses. And this WAS NOT explained to me at purchase time. I called my salesman Dave Hewitt again and informed him of this and that this was not told to me at the time of purchase his reply was I'm sorry for the miscommunication no help whatsoever. Of course he told me he would get my headboard attachments. I am not a betting woman but I would bet you that this will not happen. One other thing I'd like to add in my earlier review I gave Dave three stars today I am taking back my stars, of all the information that he shared with me the day of purchase NOT ONCE did he tell me the adjustable frames could not be returned. With all that said I can only finish this review off with, if you decide to buy anything from Bob's discount furniture you better think twice MAYBE EVEN THREE OR FOUR TIMES.
