  • My AC was giving out hot air on a 117 degree day. I called my regular AC guy and I had to leave a message. Waited one hour no one called me. So I called Ground Zero. They answered right away and offered me an appointment that night. Luckily, my AC kicked backed on but still wanted them to take a look at it anyway and they were here the next day. The repairman was on time and friendly. The capacitor needed to be changed. He told me about their yearly service deal. Which would save me money in the long run. I signed up for that and received 30% off this repair. I have dealt with the same company for plumbing and they have never let me down. Highly recommend this company.
