  • Next time someone books, maybe it would be smart to tell them the hold is for the 50% cancellation fee. I offered to reschedule because I worked later than expected. No budge. Instead, I get a call 30 minutes after the appointment so they could purposely charge me the cancellation fee. Highly overpriced.
