  • This is one of the two locations we bring our cars for their 'unlimited' car wash. We have always received excellent service. Ashley is excellent. She always greets you with a smile and a pleasant attitude. You are able to remain in your car through the car wash, so that is nice. This location is kind of fun as there are colorful flashing lights inside of the car wash. Silly, but like I said...kind of fun. Immediately after the wash, someone is ready to direct you where to park while they dry and vacuum your car. They use the air hose to blow out water in hard to reach places, so this prevents drips after you drive away. Next time I will ask that they put the tire dressing on BEFORE they start to dry the rest of the car. It is normally done at the end, and it is still wet when we drive away. It is then splattered along the side of the car. However, it is easily wiped off. I do not like how the car wash employees are stuck out in the bright sun with no shading to protect them. They must endure the harsh sun and heat throughout the day. I was told that Terrible's had ordered awnings 2 years ago, but they have not yet arrived. Ridiculous. Instead, they get to wear baseball hats. This is the one thing that bothers me about this location. The treatment of their employees. That said, everyone who works outside is extremely polite and good at their job.
